AI subtitle generator for videos
Upload a video and BashVision transcribes the speech and adds captions in one of 30 styles. You can also upload your own .srt file. Output is 480p, 720p or 1080p.
What it does
- Automatic transcription, or your own .srt file.
- 30 caption styles. For each style you can change the position (top, center or bottom) and the shadow (none, min, mid or max).
- Output at 480p, 720p (the default) or 1080p.
- A language picker with auto-detect.
- Accepts MP4, MOV, WebM and M4V files up to 100 MB.
How it works
- Upload a video (MP4, MOV, WebM or M4V, up to 100 MB).
- Pick a caption style. Use the gear icon on a style to change its position and shadow.
- Choose the resolution: 480p, 720p or 1080p.
- Choose a language, or keep auto-detect.
- Keep Auto transcribe, or choose Custom SRT and upload a .srt file.
- Click Generate, then download the result when it is ready.
What it costs
- 4 credits per started minute at 480p or 720p.
- 8 credits per started minute at 1080p.
- The minimum charge is 1 minute. A 2-minute video at 720p costs 8 credits.
- New accounts get 10 welcome credits: 2 minutes at 480p or 720p, or 1 minute at 1080p.

How much does AI subtitle generation cost?
It costs 4 credits per started minute at 480p or 720p, and 8 credits per started minute at 1080p. The minimum is 1 minute.
Can I upload my own subtitles?
Yes. Choose Custom SRT and upload a .srt file instead of using auto transcription.
How many caption styles are there?
There are 30 caption styles. You can also change the position and the shadow of a style.
Which video formats and sizes are supported?
MP4, MOV, WebM and M4V files, up to 100 MB per upload.
Which languages can I use?
Auto-detect is the default. The language list in the form shows the languages you can choose.
